Now that's batter.

Everybody loves pancakes, whether small round and thick, or large, thin and folded. When it comes to toppings and fillings it's perfectly ok to let your fantasy run free. Personally I am in heaven with butter, lemon juice, sugar and a good dollop of good honey. Have a great Shrove Tuesday. Go easy on the batter.
