I've just got  two quick pieces of news for you that you are possibly not aware of. The first one refers back to an earlier post . You may recall that a bunch of adventurous Petrogas employees including the CEO Bob, Retail Director Joe and UK Director Michael , with 24 other Petrogas people from both the UK and Ireland, took off to climb Mt. Snowden and two other peaks over one weekend. Well not only did they complete the three peaks but it is now official that they raised a whopping 18,956.75 euro. So very well done to all involved and of course this will go directly to CONSOLE who will no doubt put it to the best use possible in their work for Suicide Prevention.
So, there you go. These days I feel terrific when I have one good piece of news to deliver but today I have two. Between yourself and myself, the company, Petrogas,  is 21 years old this year! How time flies.
Well the boss is very excited about the company birthday and has promised a few surprises over the next few months. He is definitely in celebration mode. Why only yesterday as he collected his 21 Years Petrogas commemoration pin, I could swear I heard him whistle that old Cliff Richard tune Congratulations . Never heard of it? Or Cliff Richard? Well don't worry.. it was way back in 1968 that it came in second in the Eurovision Song Contest, only the boss and a few of the other Petrogas elders could possibly remember something that happened 45 years ago.
