Bloomin' great...
Yep...it's that time of year again. Shortly before Bloomsday comes Bloom in the Park, a celebration of all things green and flowery, water features, garden furniture, garden wear, plants, trees, you name it, if it can be planted, pruned, trimmed or mowed Bloom in the Park will have it.
I am going to go out on a limb (sorry!) and predict much better weather than last year. If you remember last year was a massive success, packed each day, but the weather was so bad, that at times it steamed and smelled like a rain forest must. Torrential rain turned the event into one big water feature but somehow the mood remained buoyant (sorry again!) and everyone seemed to be having a whale of a time.
Once again Applegreen and Lavazza team up with Artist and Garden Designer Brian O'Hara.
Last year the partnership scooped a silver medal and Best Minimalist Garden at the show Full details with a profile of the designer and this year's design can be checked out at the Bloom in the Park website.
The complaints dept. will be giving away tickets for Bloom over the next weeks so stay
in touch.
